Yes, the students from other states such as Kerala are also eligible. You need to apply under TNEA counselling where the admission is based on board exam marks. For more information, you may refer to www.tnea.ac.in
All the best!

The admission is based on board exam marks only and so you need to have a great score. Though your score is not bad, it is not enough to get you a seat in MIT as it is well reputed.

This score is too low to get you a seat for BE Aeronautical or Automobile at MIT as it is a well-reputed institute which demands more cut-off marks. So, try for other colleges. All the best!

Yes, it is indeed a good choice. CSE at MIT has great career prospects. You can have on-campus internships and placements. Many top companies like Google, Microsoft, ZOHO, etc. come for recruitment. The salary package is also good. You can get a good infrastructure and training as you have well-established labs and experienced faculty. You need to apply through TNEA counselling. All the best!

Your cut-off is not bad to get a seat for aeronautical engineering at MIT. But the competition is too high and so it is difficult to predict the chances. Try your best at the counselling. You can compare the previous year cut-off scores from the link below :
https://info.tnea.ac.in/tinfo/index.php
This year the cut off is expected to get reduced.
All the best!
