Admission in Madras Institute of Technology is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling based on the marks obtained in 10+2. Online Registrations has been closed for this exam. You can get in touch with the college officials for the admission process.
Thanks

Though the cut off gets reduced, the competition level will be high. So, it is better to have a cut off of 195 and above to get aeronautical engineering at MIT Chennai, if you belong to OC. For other categories, the cut off varies.

Nobody can say with certainty about admissions. It depends on many dynamic issues. Primary being what choices are selected by those above you. This year Tamil Nadu is giving admissions based on marks of 12th. What I can say is that if your percentile is 90 then you are sure to get admission.

You need to submit an application at www.tnea.ac.in to get admission at Anna University and its affiliated colleges for undergraduate engineering courses . For post graduate courses, you need to clear TANCET exam with a good score.

You have really a good cut-off score which is enough to get you a seat for aeronautical engineering at MIT Chennai. But the competition is too high and so it is difficult to predict the chances. Try your best at the counseling.

Yes, the students from other states such as Kerala are also eligible. You need to apply under TNEA counselling where the admission is based on board exam marks. For more information, you may refer to www.tnea.ac.in
All the best!
