Yes, B.Tech degrees from Malaysia are valid in India, especially if they belong to a reputed or accredited university. Most of the universities in Malaysia are globally accredited, including Universiti Malaya, Monash Malaysia, UTM, Taylor's, and APU. The only thing students must ensure is that the degree must be recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency and accredited under the Washington Accord.
