Yes, you can do master in mass communication (MA) after B.Tech degree, there is no problem in that, but you need to choose a best college for that .
Basically, you need a Bachelor's degree with at least 50%-60% marks in that for MA in mass communication.

Complete your 10+2 with very good grades, a upper first class is required. Take the SAT and the TOEFL. Take part in extra curricular activities, literary work, project work related to mass comm etc and build a strong profile. Different universities would be having different admission requirements. You have to check the university websites for specific requirements and apply before the deadlines.

This field is interesting and challenging with good income too. If you have a good management skill, communication skill, convincing skills and specially like to organize big events, then this is a good field for further growth.
