Hello Vishal,
In my suggestion, no! you must focus on one subject at a time. Mass communication is a wide field that will help to develop your skills in all the communication-related field. After the completion of your Masters, you may pursue certificate course in film making that usually last for 1/2/3 months.
Hope my suggestion will help you. All the best.
Thank you!

I don't think there is any university or college in India which gives admissions to the students after passing class 10th. The basic criteria of admission in BJMC is clearing 12th with a recognised board with at least 50% of marks.

Hello!
If you haven't written the entrance exam for mass communications, it's okay.
You can still apply for the course in colleges like SRM, Loyala etc., in Chennai.
These colleges don't admit people based on exams.
All the best!

Admissions in MJMC are entrance based. You need to fill forms and give entrances for the university you want to take admission in.
Entrances questions are generally based on the general knowledge, current affairs and a little of what you might have studied in the bachelor's course of journalism and mass communication.

Yes, Mass communication is an entrance based course.
Universities like GGSIPU, Jamia, Xavier's, Amity, Symbiosis etc conduct entrance for the admission purpose.
For this year, I suppose all the entrances have been conducted and the results are out.
Either go for some private university now or wait till next year and appear in entrance exams!
All the best.
