Mass communication and journalism courses are considered social sciences and have no such 'pre-requisite' that one should have previous degree in a particular domain. You can do Master's degree actually. Try doing some trending courses like internet journalism. However, safest course is MA Journalism and Mass Communication.

BMC, BJMC, BAJMC and BA (MC) are the same courses having different names and a bit different structure offered by various institutes. These all are Bachelor's degree courses in the field of journalism and mass communication.
Apart from that, BMM stands for Bachelor of Media Management which is also a Bachelor's degree in Media sector.
BJMC is the modern one which has all the subjects of journalism, mass media, and communication.
Other all are same and called differently in different colleges.
