Dear Ishita Samrat,
"There are no differences. You would get a Bachelor's degree in Arts if you pursue both the options. I'm not very sure about the post graduation courses but for under graduation, according to my experience, there is no such difference between them."

It has a greater scope. Journalism nowadays has a lot of scope and doing MA in journalism and mass communication after doing BBA gives you some additional knowledge also.

Mass communication is a very universal field and it only requires immense interest into the field and nothing more. Hence, you can definitely pursue Masters in mass communication after B.Sc biotechnology. There's no doubt about it. Go for it.
