For post graduate -
You have to complete your graduation in B.Sc. Physics Chemistry maths/ Biology or B.Tech ( food technology) with minimum (50-60%) From a recognised college after that you can go for M.Sc. Or M.Tech in food technology. I'm attaching a link for your preference you can check everything about food technology here -
