It is very difficult to find institutions that offer MS without giving any competitive exams. However, if you search enough you might find one. Recently I have come across a brilliant opportunity which I heard through a close relative of mine. JK Lakshmipat University situated in Jaipur is offering a very interesting programme that gives you an excellent opportunity to do MS at JKLU for one year and the second year in U Mass. It also comes with 3 years of OPT in STEM. There are a number of courses that you can choose from and also have a 50% scholarship. Most of all you don't have to give any competitive exam for doing MS in the US like TOEFL and GRE.

There are a variety of exams that one has to clear to obtain PG degree from abroad. Also getting a scholarship is not easy as it depends on the marks obtained in the exams.
