Masters in management degrees are usually aimed at students with limited professional experience who wish to move into managerial roles. They offer a grounding in decision-making and strategy and teach students how to work with others and develop the skills needed to be the next generation of leaders. Degrees in finance, on the other hand, such as Masters in finance or global Masters in finance, are a lot more specialized and explore the nuts and bolts of financial institutions including credit unions, investment firms, banks, insurance companies and brokerages. There is some overlap between the two degrees, particularly in the first couple of semesters, when management and finance students are both likely to spend some time learning about accounting, statistics, economics and business law and pick up hard skills along the way. However, as they make their way through their syllabus, management students branch out into areas such as organizational behavior or human resources, while finance students continue to delve deeper into global finance, risk governance and other topics. It is a very common that we mix up these two concepts- Hospital management and administration. People in hospital management are the executives having middle or low level authority in the hospital. They implement the policies and procedures that are formulated by the administration. The managers are responsible for smooth functioning of the hospital where they run the entire show. They manage the entire operations of the hospital and they have a direct contact with the patient. Whereas the hospital administrators are owners & decision makers managing the entire human resource of the hospital with no patient contact. They take care of the legal and government policies. The administrators are the planners, setting the policies and goals for the hospital where the managers are the executers of the action planned. The administrators focus more on the growth of the hospital which can be achieved through the managers. In India both of them scope is good. Thank you.

Hi,There are certain requirements for the admission in German University:-
Academics Certificate (class 10th, class 12th, Graduation and PG):- First of all you must have all your academic certificates original in your hand, if you have a good percentage in your academic then you are very lucky as you will have great chance to have a free MS degree in Germany. Valid Passport: - You must have a valid passport which is your international identity card. Language Requirements:- You should have a globally acceptable language proficiency certificate, as German universities have three types of programme. A). German Taught, b). English Taught, c). Bilingual programme {some subject in English and some in German}. For English taught you need either IELTS Academic 6.5 Band, TOEFL 80+ score, or PTE 70+ score. For German taught you need German Language proficiency certificate from either TestDaF, DSH or Goethe up-to B1 level at-least. CV Resume: - Should be attractive and presentable and appropriate format. Cover Letter :- You need to provide details regarding your qualification, experience and job experience if any. Motivation Letter :- You need to brief what make you motivated towards German University and their study programme, what thing make you interested in German education. SOP :- While the application of admission in German University you need to also mention your Statement of Purpose that why you are interested for specific course, specific university and Germany. Docs from University :- Before the German Embassy interview you must have your admission offer letter from German University either Conditional or Unconditional offer letter. Block Account Detail :- You need to open a Blocked Account in Deutsche Bank and blocked certain amount around 7200 Euros in that, which you will be use after arrival in Germany. Affidavit of Sponsorship :- is required to prove that the international student is having the enough financial subsistence from their sponsors like parents or by own. ITR :- You need to show either your own or your parents Income Tax Returns for last 2 to 3 years. Bank Statement :- Bank statement of sponsors for last 3 to 6 months. Insurance:- You need to do a travel health insurance which must be acceptable in Europe.
