No that would depend on college you are trying to get into. Various Colleges have varying requirements, but to get into prestigious institutions like Banaras Hindu University, Chandigarh University, ISBR Business School, etc., you would have to give an entrance exam.

Yes, you can go for Masters degree at Delhi University with this score. You should apply for this online via official website. You will get a seat on merit basis.

Yes, you can write the exam. But make sure to write a mail to the concerned authorities ASAP mentioning your mistake of not submitting the application form. They will provide you the alternatives if possible.

This is a two year course.
No need to give any exam.
Students who have appeared for final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to successfully completing their bachelor's degree program / graduation within the time period specified by SCDL.

There is no specific syllabus for any entrance exam in B.Sc. They just ask anything in their 100 marks question paper. You have to prepare GK, GS, Hindi and English to clear their entrance. Only questions of 50 to 60 marks are asked from physics, chem. and bio (or maths). No specific syllabus is there.
