If you wish to become a teacher, select the course of your interest, teachers teach all the subjects (which they are specialized in). B.Ed distance degree is absolutely valid and acceptable for government and private teaching jobs in schools. However, one should have distance B.Ed degree from a top university that adds value to their career. Candidates with a distance B.Ed degree can apply for government teaching jobs. However, they will be considered for jobs only if they score high merit in the recruitment exam conducted by the state/ central government.

You can apply for M.Ed after completing B.Ed.

For admission in PG course, you have to give the entrance exam. They have merit based admissions for the students who have done their B.Sc from DU. For other university's students, entrance exam is conducted. Forms will be out in June.

You can choose any graduate course like B.Tech, B.Sc. BA, etc. Remember only one thing that after graduating prepare for CAT and then go for MBA and make your career.
