First of all, you need to tell for which University you are giving entrance for. Otherwise, if you need previous years paper for any University, then you can go to the official website of the University for the same and you can get previous years paper from there.

Fee Structure vary from college to college. The average course fee ranges from INR 6,000-65,000. M.A. Public Administration: Eligibility
The basic eligibility for pursuing M.A. Public Administration is that the student should have cleared their graduation. The graduation should have been done from a UGC recognised college. The student should also have obtained the minimum marks required as mentioned by the university. Different universities and colleges keep different criterion. Generally, the minimum marks asked are 45% or an equivalent CGPA.

Yes, you can do. Eligibility for M.A. : Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised university. Mandatory Course B.A. (Hons)
Candidate must have secured minimum 50% for General Category, 45% for PD/ Sports/ OBC-A/ OBC-B category and 40% for SC/ST category in Honours/ Major subjects.
