Hi Kishore,
You must complete your Bachelor degree in related field, min percentage is 55% for colleges. IELTS score is 6 with no modules less than 6. A PG Diploma in computer may be difficult to find, what you will find are applied computing programs. You have to check college websites, besides PG Diploma check Graduate Certificate also. Langara College, Lambton College, Seneca College, Concordia University, Conestoga colleges can be explored.

When it comes to Australia, mainly two universities are preferred by students: University of Wollongong and Victoria University. These are most commonly preferred by Indian students. Both of them offer Master of Mechanical Engineering courses. The difference is you can get easily into Wollongong while Victoria you need to have excellent academic results. About career growth, they offer 2 year stay back in Australia. So, you have an option of searching for a job there itself or you can move to another country. My friend who studied at Wollongong is now working in Germany.
