I would say, it purely depends on your choice. But, if you want to have a suggestion I would suggest you the United States of America.
USA is considered as best for MS in Industrial engineering. It is good for core sectors of industrial engineering. Although there are other countries such as Canada, Germany etc. Providing industrial engineering.
At the end decision should be yours so choose the best fit.

The webpage of this college is silent about fees charged for various courses. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information on the fee structure.

Master of Education (M.Ed): Eligibility Criteria. Any person who has successfully cleared his Bachelors of Education i.e. B.Ed from recognized institution with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for this course. Students with a B. El. Ed. or BA in Education can also apply to the programme. Thanks.
