It may be accepted if it meets the education standards of desired countries and universities. Various forms of programs globally have been introduced like PDDC, distance education programs etc. To suit individuals not able to go for a full time programme. You must check with the institutions in these countries for qualifying criteria. I am sure you will find some private institutions. If not a Masters you should be able to land up a pathway programme like PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate which can be transferred to a Masters later. You must check all these when you write to the universities. Look for options, enquire more.

If you are a Class 12 passout then you can pursue a Diploma course. There are many colleges in India that offer Fashion Designing Diploma courses. If you have completed graduation then you can pursue PG Diploma in Fashion Design. PG Diploma is an advanced course and is of higher academic level compared to a Diploma.

It is indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Masters in Canada. Of course it's possible. You just need to have the required eligibility. But remember, majority universities abroad have quite interesting criteria and it's definitely not only on academics. Hence, I would like to advise you that please go to an agency dealing with sending students to Canada for Masters. This agency would know all the nuances and will take of them for you. Best wishes to you.
