Hi Raj S, you can check Ryerson University, UBC Sauder School of Business, and University of Victoria etc. MS Management programmes does not require experience but you should check the degree requirement on their websites. They prefer 4 year Bachelor's degree. You must also take GMAT or GRE.

The minimum requirement of eligibility for the course is an LLB (Bachelor of Law) or another equivalent degree, completed with a minimum aggregate score of 45% for general category and 40% for SC/ST, from a recognized university.
