Hi Jeet, the tuition fee for TU Munich's MS Information System is nil. You must however pay a fee of around INR 98,000 towards insurance and student union fee. Additionally you must have around EURO 8640 towards living expenses for obtaining the German student visa. The eligibility criteria of your desired programme is a very good Bachelor's degree in informatics, information systems, economics, or a related field. IELTS/TOEFL will required as well. More than the country, it is the university or college, Italy and France are the destinations to go to but you must also check the institutions. US has some of the best schools for the same as well.
