Hi there,
According to my knowledge, as you will clear your backlogs, your percentile will automatically increase. Furthermore if you wish to choose CS branch for your Masters you should have 75% in your B.Tech/B.E and a score of 315 or more in GRE if you want a renowned college. Still, you can aim for a good score in TOEFL so as to cover up the rest.

Australia Universities does accept 15 year of education. But Canadian and USA universities accepts 16 years of education. Canada colleges dies accept 15 year of education. To get through the USA and Canada universities you can complete 1 year of master or PG diploma in India and then, apply for Master's program.

For PG Diploma, you must be a Degree holder which you are not. So, first, try to obtain a Bachelor's degree and then you can opt for PG Diploma.

For PG courses in Food Technology, the best institute in India is NIFTEM apart from that other options are SHIATS and IHM. NIFTEM intake is through their entrance test.
