I would suggest to choose IT professional certification courses which would much beneficial for you. AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, DevOps, IT Security, Data science anything you can pick out of this list to make your career strong. I am not telling Graphic Designing is a bad choice but considering market trends and future scope the given options are much better.

Yes, you can go for it as their eligibility criteria is graduation with any discipline from a recognized university, medical fitness i.e height and eyesight and requires good communication skills.

Media is in itself is a very vast field with lot of branches and extensions. You can get into various aspects of media, starting from Journalism, photography, film-making, advertisement, public relation and so on to name a few. It is up to you to find your interest and then look for a job in that particular field. Coming to the second part of your question, the eligibility criteria for PG in this course, varies from college to college. There is no need to worry. The solution is simple. You have to give GATE exam. In GATE exam, you have to prepare for CS. After successfully cracking the exam, you will get admission in CS branch. While applying you need to mention the branch in which you are interested that's simple.
