I would suggest you to write directly to the universities you are interested in as most of them require completed Bachelors degree + 2-3 yrs work experience, TOEFL/ IELTS and references.
Since you have 23 ATKTS you need to check with them how they evaluate it. SIM, SP Jain, NUS, NTU, Concordia etc are some of the universities you can look for.

Eligibility criteria for appearing in XAT to seek admission in XLRI is a recognised Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those students who are completing their final examination by June in the year of start of MBA degree at XLRI are also eligible to appear for XAT.

CMR and Don Bosco are some good colleges with average Placements, Else others have below Average Placements and Learning Opportunity.

All India Law Entrance Test(AILET) is conducted every year on the first Sunday of May byNational Law University (NLU), New Delhi. The notification for AILET exam is released by NLU New Delhi on its website as well as leading national newspapers each year.
On the basis of their score in AILET 2016, candidates can secure admissions in BA LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD programmes offered at NLU, New Delhi.
