The minimum requirement is that you must have secured at least 50% in your higher secondary and should have passed in all subjects. The rest of your selection solely depends upon your rank among the students who have applied. All the best!

Yes, you can get admission in MBA courses at Andhra University as per your rank in APICET. I will suggest you to apply for all the colleges available in the list, as your rank is low. Apply for both top and lower order colleges. Best of luck.

The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme.
A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.

Yes, he is eligible to peruse MBA or MS from Germany. No need of work experience. Your Bachelor degree will be sufficient to get you into MBA course.
