Check out this link. They haven't specified MAT for admission, but they do accept CAT and JEMAT.

Generally, several MBA colleges give more importance only to graduation scores. Though it's ideally expected one to score at least 50% marks in class 12th.

Since you have scored at least 50% marks in your graduation, you are eligible to appear for the CAT and other MBA entrance exams too. Good luck.
