Most of the NITs accept people from engineering background only. So, I guess there is no chance. You can check previous year notification in the website.

Yes, you can sit for CAT/MAT/XAT. Though, it is bit difficult to get seat in IIM Ahmedabad (as they focus on career), you can get admission into other good colleges.

It differs from college to college e.g. for JBIMS, cut-off is 99 percentile and it's comparatively low for Great Lakes.

Hi,
A good MBA programme requires an applicant to hold a Bachelor's degree, work experience of at least 2-3 years and a GMAT score. You have to check university websites for university specific requirements. There could be MBA without work experience in Germany or look for MS Management. MBA programs are expensive. It could be in the range of INR 8 to INR 30 Lacs.
