No, I think that won't be enough. First of all, it totally depends on the cut-off set by the institution. Although you have scored well then also it will depend on the performance of others.

NIT-Rourkela School of Management doesn't accept Non-technical students for MBA. Yes, MAT score is accepted here, but every year cutoff score changes. 2019-2021 MBA admission form is not released yet, keep visiting NIT Rourkela website for more updates.

MBA Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any stream or branch. Engineering, management, hospitality, etc. All kinds of candidates are welcomed to take up MBA. Candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate score of at least 50% at the graduation level. Clearing an entrance exam is mandatory to get admission in any of the top B-schools. There are many MBA entrance exams to choose from that are conducted at the national as well as university levels. You cannot apply as a minimum of 50% is required for MBA. Still, you can check the link for the college list, it may help you.

There is no defined CAT cutoff but 97+ is the cutoff, but some students might not get even with 99+ and some might get even at 90-92.
