Hi,
ISB has got two campuses in India - Mohali and Hyderabad. ISB does not give MBA degree but it gives PGP. The following information gives you clear picture.
To be considered a PGP applicant, you will need to have:
A Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline valid GMAT / GRE score.
At least 24 months of full time post-qualification work experience by March 31st.
TOEFL / IELTS / PTE score (if the language of instruction at undergraduate study level was not English) and the fee structure would be around 25 lacs.

Yours is distance learning or regular? If yours is a regular programme, then you are definitely eligible for Ph.D. as Welingkar regular PGDM is accredited by AIU to the Master's degree programme. If it is a distance mode, then there is a question as I am myself pursuing distance programme and have the same question that I am eligible for UGC NET or not.

Hey Yash,
The cutoff score changes every year. However, last year's cutoff percentile was 70.
So, you might get shortlisted for the admission procedure if you have more than 70 percentile in CMAT.

Hi,
You have a good score. There are many good colleges with this score, but if fees is your constraint and you are confident of yourself that you can crack a good placement then college will hardly matter. What matters if how well you groom yourself, as B-Schools will provide you with a platform and you have to make best use of it. If you are looking for good colleges with ROI, then I would suggest you to go for Sri Balaji Society's BIMM, ITM, IIMS, etc.
