For MBA admission, you need to have 50% marks for (general category) and 48% marks for (reserved category) in graduation.

The chances are null, if you belong to general category, but as you mentioned you are from SC Category, then there are slim chances of getting admission in Sinhgad College of Engineering. So, apply for the counseling.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA at Galgotias University but for that, you have to contact the university directly for direct admission. For a loan, you must contact your bank, the university will not help you in getting that.

Hello Sushil!
As the minimum cutoff to take admission in IIT-Delhi is 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA on 10-point scale in graduation, you are not eligible. For SC/ST students, it is minimum 55% marks or 6.25 CGPA.
