You are not eligible to seek admission in MBA based on your current educational qualification. Diploma in Engineering is not equivalent to a graduation degree. You are advised to first gain graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university to seek admission in MBA.

Eligibility criteria for submission of online applications are as follows:
For Unreserved Category:
Honors Graduates in Science / Commerce / Arts and Graduate in Engineering / Medicine / Law from any recognized University with 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.
For Reserved Category SC & ST:
Honors Graduates in Science / Commerce / Arts and Graduate in Engineering / Medicine / Law from any recognized University with 41.25% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.

It is very tough to get admission in SIES with this percentile. I would suggest that please appear in entrance exam like MAT, ATMA, CET, XAT to get more good Marks.
Since, SIES doesn't give weightage to entrance score just perform very well in GD PI for securing your seats. You have to be damn good.
