Yes. You can pursue MBA in HR after B.A. In Psychology, and psychology will be a gem in your profile. Since you will learn about Human behavior in MBA it will be easy for you to understand this and you might able to use your psychological knowledge with your MBA. If you want to pursue MBA in HR, I would recommend you JK Lakshmipat University since it has a brilliant infrastructure and eminent faculty. I hope my answer will help you.

From wherever you do MBA in human resource management, you have a very less scope because only one HR is required for 1000 employees. So, better understand the ratio. It's better to do a dual specialisation of marketing/finance with HR in MBA.

You have a 5 years of work experience and that is a plus point. Most of the applicants are mostly freshers or they barely have 2 to 3 years' experience. So, they don' t get the weightage for work experience that much. Your first step should be to take a mock CAT examination, which will reveal the areas you have to brush on and the areas you have to put an extra effort on.
