Sorry to say, MBA HR and MBA Operations has no connection with your Bachelor's degree. If you are interested to pursue MBA then there are some specializations that would be helpful for you I.e MBA in Oil & Gas management, MBA in Disaster Management, MBA in Safety Management, MBA in Fire & Industrial Safety.

Since MBA is a Post graduate programme, you first need to complete your graduation and then explore seeking admission into MBA. You could appear for BA via correspondence course and become a graduation in 2 years time. Ensure that you score more than 50% marks at the graduation exam.

Congratulations on scoring 88.75 percentile in CET exam. Admissions for PGDM are closed. You could try for MS via ILS seats at IES MCRC. ILS seats are also merit based but you could try for the same. For further information please visit the website mentioned below:

Your package and placement is totally based on the knowledge, skills and the caliber you possess. So it would be advisable if you focus more on your studies and sharpen your existing knowledge because talent and skills can never go unnoticed and you would be able to get a placement based on your capabilities. Average package would be around 4 to 7 Lacs INR.

The average package depends on how you crack the interview. Normally, the avg package 5.5 lacs.
