I would like to add one thing. Choose HR with higher CAT/XAT score only as HR is not a 'profit making' part in the organizations, due to volatile market MNCs are not entertaining this profile. Only a higher CAT score can ensure a sustainable profile with good in hand salary.

You should opt for MBA in aviation instead of MBA in HR. It has a good scope too. You will get high salary and good growth prospects.

For development of grievance handling skills, MA in psychology or MSW is the best option for you.
