MBA in IT will be more effective as compared to HR as you already have some work experience in the IT sector. It will definitely help you a lot in MBA.

Hi,
After doing B.Pharma, you can opt for many specialisations, but my first choice that I will give you is to go for:
1)MBA in pharma
2)MBA in marketing
3)MBA in operations
4)MBA in HR
5)MBA in international business
These are some of the specialisations that you can choose but in my opinion I would suggest you to go for MBA in pharma or MBA in marketing. MBA in pharma is a new finding which is a growing sector.

Look, if you want to get into HR, then it does not really matter what was your graduation. BBA and LLB are both graduation level courses. So, leave them aside. So that leaves your MBA (HR) that too through correspondence. Preference always will be received by candidates who have done MBA full time. So Yes, if you have a full time MBA (HR) degree from a reputed college, then it holds more value than a degree received through correspondence in MBA (HR) plus BBA LLB. Hope this helps.

First and foremost, your CGPA. Students with highest CGPA get first opportunity in the first round where higher salary paying organisation takes interview and second your presentation and personality, performance during interview.

It is generally tough for HR placements and there is no difference between PGDM and MBA in terms of placement.

Dear,
Yes, every good and established university offers MBA with dual degree specialisation, so accordingly you can choose your specialisation in 2nd year.
So check the course module of the particular university in which you want to apply.

This is not a forum for providing easy access of everything rather a forum to help students on career decision. You may get it on its website and Madras University's library.
