It is recommended that you may prefer MBA in USA, UK, Singapore, Australia universities over German universities. I will advice you to do MBA in English language for better learning and increase chances of job in English speaking countries unless you are proficient in German language.

To start with, take a look at some of the business schools in Germany. You will need resume, LOR from your employer, GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS score to apply.

Hi Nandagopan,
Advantages are twin fold - one it is cheaper than options in USA and other famous countries. Two, you learn another languages. If you plan to settle in Europe, it might be an excellent option.
Disadvantages - Germany as a country is more recognized for its technical programs, especially for its engineering studies. German Universities are not that widely known when it comes to their MBA program. Some public universities and a few private ones are famous enough but strictly ranking them, they do not level in the top 100 programs of the world.

Hi Harsha,
Public Universities in Germany would require 16 years of education and work experience. However, private universities might accept 15 years of education. Best is to check with the university. Here's a link to get you started
