Hi Riya,
To study MBA in Germany, you must complete your Bachelor's degree with very good score and have at least 2 or 3 years of work experience and take the GMAT or the GRE. You must also take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. You can check here for details:

Yes, majority of the MBA programmes abroad including Germany requires 2-3 years work experience. They may accept you only if you are an exceptional student but there is no guarantee.

There are striking differences between the two programs. The answer will depend on which course you prefer and your career plans. Work experience is not required in India. Which one is better will depend on the university and also on your career plans. In India we have renowned business schools like ISB and IIM, the only ones which are globally recognized, if you get through one of these your life is set. Germany on the other hand has top notch universities like WHU Otto Beisheim, Mannheim Business School, etc. If you want to finally settle down in India get into a top ranked school so that employers here value your degree.
