It majorly depends on which university you are getting admission in as all three countries have some of the best business schools. If finance is not a constraint, then Canada is the best choice. Germany stands on 2nd number and New Zealand on 3rd.

Germany is a top country for research and technical studies, MBA however is gaining popularity, if you pursue the same from a top ranked business school such as Mannheim or Otto Beisheim School of Management prospects will be good.Remember business professionals are in demand in Europe. Some years of work experience, a very good GMAT score, knowledge of German language will be very important.

Hi,
The value of an MBA degree anywhere in the world is judged by its accreditation. Currently there are three world renowned accrediting bodies:
1. AMBA.
2. EQUIS.
3. AACSB.
Apart from this, you need to see the alumni placements, financial resources you have and university ranking. While, Germany will require German language to work there and interact with faculty even if course is offered in English. Canada is an English speaking country.

It is recommended that you may prefer MBA in USA, UK, Singapore, Australia universities over German universities. I will advice you to do MBA in English language for better learning and increase chances of job in English speaking countries unless you are proficient in German language.
