Hi Ashirbad, to be eligible for MBA you must have industry experience of two to three years. Why don't you consider doing MS Management or Business Administration? Here are few options

Its not mandatory but you may require it to interact among your peer group and professors. While choosing your university, do check if they offer mba in english or not before applying.

Hi Zakki,
Education is almost free of cost in Germany except the universities do charge a small semester free. For MBA however business schools like Mannheim and Frankfurt do not offer free education. Take a look at the Freie University Berlin and Berlin School of Economics website if they have MBA. Good Luck

Job market for MBA is good in both Germany and Netherlands. Career prospects after MBA in Germany and Netherlands will depend on your pre MBA educational qualification, experience, MBA institute and native language proficiency. While hiring non citizen candidates companies look whether candidate will culturally fit in their org culture.

Mba in germany will require a GMAT score, TOEFL and work experience of one year or more to make a good profile. Education in Germany in public universities is free of cost. You have to make arrangements for your stay and other expenses.

In Germany, German language is mostly spoken. English too is known by less people. Therefore I think it would be better if you are aware of basics in German.
While studying, it might not be too important.
