MBA in Hospital Management is a 2- year full- time programme including 4 semesters. Minimum required eligibility is graduation with a minimum aggregate score of 50% in any specialisation. Usually, the entrance exams application forms will be out from April as the academic year will start from July,2018. So you've to be active on the institutes website you want to apply to. Yes, you can always do MBA in hospitality and tourism after your engineering. PG Diploma in hotel management will be ideal since already you have completed a degree. There are various PG courses in this field - Master of Business Administration in Hotel Management Master of Science (Hotel Management) Post Graduate Diploma Catering & Hotel Management Masters in Hotel Management Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management Post Graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management There are many reputed universities also some of them are offering scholarships to the meritorious students. Yes, there are many MBA institutes which provide admission on the basis of your UG score but as it is a masters program, I would suggest going for an entrance exam so that you can get admission in a reputed business school. Top 50 B-Schools provide admissions through entrance exams also they have certain cutoffs to avail their scholarships. Good B-Schools mean good placements. Therefore, it is advisable to go for the entrance exams.

Better to go for MBA as it will open a number of opportunities not only in economics but also in the field of finance, marketing, operations, HR. There are numerous opportunities in these fields. You will get ample amount of opportunities to work in your field of interest. You can test yourself with fields like investment banking, relationship manager, risk analyst, brand manager, strategy manager, product research analyst, consultant and many more. So, in my view from a career and job prospective MBA is a better option.

At this stage of your career, you will be the best person to answer this question whether you want to go for MPA or MBA. Both the programs have different career outcomes, you may require an MBA even after doing an MPA so if your ultimate goal is to attain higher managerial role then you should opt for an MBA. If you want to stick to only finance domain then go for MBA. Placement is said to be really good here. MBA is for 13.5L here, the profit point here is there is no difference in PGDM and MBA, all are given the same preference. So placements are good as all the top companies come here with good package. Taking up the job is upto you.
