This would depend a lot on the need for earning. If you can manage without income for about 2 years then I would advise you to go for full-time MBA from any of the top 10 MBA institutes or in case you intend to continue working then you must explore Execuitve MBA/distance MBA/part-time MBA from top colleges.
Your specialisation should be based on your current area of work or in an area in which you are keen to pursue a career.

It is important to understand what made you go for III certifications. Was it out of interest or just did it as your friends also did the course?
Before pursuing any course, you first need to decide your interest areas & long-term career aspirations. Keeping both in mind, you need to decide what you want to do further.

Hi Nitesh, I can't get the college name. There are may London colleges, please be a little specific if there is any particular college you are planning for. But overall for MBA one must be a Bachelor's degree holder and must have work experience of 2-3 years. One must also take the GMAT and the IELTS.

I am sorry to say this but finding a job in the United States is next to impossible nowadays. However, you can go to Canada and after acquiring the PR you will be eligible to move to the US freely and search for the job as well.

No IIM provides MBA degree. It will only provide you with a PGDM degree. The selection criteria depend on your CAT and MAT score card.
