Hello Akshay,
There are various specialisations, which you can choose like HR, marketing, operations, IT, finance, international business, etc. depending upon your career goals.
However, being a civil engineer, you can pursue MBA in streams like construction/ infrastructure management as well.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

Yes, digital marketing is a good option in combination to MBA in marketing. Every MNC has created a separate sub department of digital marketing in their marketing department, which focusses on marketing through digital media. They focus on SEO and SMO. You will get more job opportunities with digital marketing. You can opt for international business as well.

Yes, it will be a good option to pursue post graduate Diploma instead of MBA. But, you won't be able to apply for government recruitment exams. So, I would suggest you to pursue MBA. To work in a private sector, you will need experience along with your degree.
All the best.

All MBA specialisations are equally good for you as an engineer. As per market data majority of engineers opt for Marketing or Finance as MBA specialisation.

It depends upon your interest. To be honest, there is no relevance between two specialisation, you can rather take MBA in HR and Marketing as combination which shall suit you well.
