Placement is good in IEM college as compared to other college in West Bengal as per my knowledge under MAKAUT(WBUT) only 3 to 4 colleges provide good placement as comparison to other.
1. ARMY INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT
2. INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT
3. HERITAGE BUSINESS SCHOOL

LPU is having a good placement record. As last year the maximum package for MBA (Tourism and Hospitality) students was Rs 15 lakhs and for MBA, maximum package was Rs 7 lakhs. Also average salary package was Rs 4.2 lakhs. Students are placed in Hyatt , USA at a package of Rs 15 lakhs.

1. Christ University - Bangalore and the average salary is around Rs.7 LPA.
2. NIBM - Pune and the average salary is around Rs.7.5 LPA.
3. Great Lakes and the average salary is around Rs.9.4 LPA.
4. Goa Institute of Management and the average salary is around Rs.9.4 LPA.
5. BIMM - Pune and the average salary is around Rs.6 LPA.

Placements at Sinhgad are pretty average although decent assistance is provided. You may also look for ITM khargar, BIMM Pune, Flame Pune as alternative options for good opportunities.

Placements are very ambiguous and assistance is very poor. It's not amongst top 50 B Schools reputable in India. Only top 50 B Schools is something you should aim at for good job opportunities.
