If you would like to prepare for the bank exams, you may pursue a distance MBA program. Distance MBA in online mode is offered by NIBM (National Institute of Business Management). NIBM offers one year MBA, two year MBA and one year Executive MBA in online mode and it also offers MBA video tutorials for all its registered students. Hello Kanika ,
The average package offered to students this year (batch 2014-16) is Rs 6.5 lakh . Highest International package for 2014-16 batch is Rs 18 lakh,highest domestic package for 2014-16 batch is Rs 8.5 lakh.
For my batch(2015-17) , following companies visited for finance profile .

The average package offered in PSGIM is around 5.5 Laks P.A with the highest package of 12Lak P.A( marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations )- 8 Lak P.A. Eligibility - u need to clear TANCET , mat or cat .

There are multiple specializations in MBA such as finance, marketing, human resources, IT, SCM, logistics, operations, systems, general management or sector specific specialization like travel, healthcare, banking, insurance, etc. One must choose MBA specialization based on their interests, educational background, prior job experience and personality, skills and competencies.
