Taught in the English language, the MBBS programme at Tashkent Medical University is a 6-year course with 5 years of academic study and practical training. This is then followed by a 1-year compulsory internship at this university.

For 6 years of MBBS degrees, the students might have to pay anywhere between USD 21,000 (INR 18.3 L) to USD 24,000 (INR 20.9L). Please note that this fee does not include accommodation and living expenses. For the hostel, the students might have to pay anywhere between USD 400 to 500 a year at Tashkent Medical Academy.

There are a total of 150 seats available at AMU for the MBBS course. Candidates who wish to take admission into the MBBS course offered by AMU need to appear for the NEET entrance exam. The minimum marks required to get MBBS admissions in Jamia Hamdard in the NEET entrance exams are unknown. Instead, the data shows the minimum rank that is needed to gain admissions in MBBS course at Jamia Hamdard which according to the 2024 cutoff rank is 23,802. Candidates who are able to secure a rank higher than this in NEET exam can easily gain admission in MBBS course at Jamia Hamdard.
