Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai intake admission in MCA through MAH-MCA CET, a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. Candidates willing to take admission to MCA course of VJTI must take the aforesaid entrance exam.

Yes, Thapar University offers merit-based scholarships to students of MCA courses. The scholarship will be awarded in the first year of the course in the second semester. The scholarship will be given to the 10% of admitted strength. Thapar University MCA scholarship will be given on the basis of performance (CGPA obtained) in the first semester of the course. To be eligible for TIET scholarships, students should not have an CGPA of less than 8 and should not have any backlog in the year of consideration and must have passed all the courses offered in the semester (s) prior to the year of consideration.

Thapar University MCA total tuition fee is INR 2.55 lakh. Apart from the mentioned tuition fee, candidates are also required to pay a one-time fee of INR 23,000, including admission fee and institute security fee. The hostel charges are up to INR 2.36 lakh. Thapar University offers an MCA course at the postgraduate level. TIET MCA course is spread over a period of two years consisting of four semesters. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the Deemed-to-be University to apply online. Thapar University MCA admission is completely merit-based and depends' on candidates' performance in their last qualifying examinations, including Class 10, 12 and graduation. Thapar University offers a two-year MCA course at the postgraduate level in a full-time mode. To be eligible for Thapar University MCA admission, candidates must have a bachelor's degree of a minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum aggregate of 60% (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate.
