There is no need of cutoff in amity mumbai. Candidate must have passed Graduation with minimum 50% with Maths or Graduation with minimum 50% with Maths at 10+2 from a recognized University.

The candidate should have completed BCA bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level with a minimum of 50 percentage.

Firstly, for mostly all universities, you need to have 16 years of previous education to be eligible for a graduate program in USA (MS in US and PhD)
So qualification of 10+2+ four year degree program; 10+3 year diploma + 3 year degree; 10+2+ 3 year degree + 2 year masters are valid and eligible for US universities.
Other factors that matter are:
The GRE, TOEFL/IELTS scores
Class performance (your CGPA)
Reputation of your college
Number and quality of projects you did
Your publications and researches
Letter of Recommendations
Rank of Professors and their research activities
Work experience
Extra-curricular activities

Based on the previous year's TANCET colleges, there are as many as three Government Aided Engineering Colleges that offer MBA and MCA admission based on TANCET scores. List of these TANCET colleges are as follows:
1) PSG College of Technology
2) Coimbatore Institute of Technology
3) Thiagarajar College of Engineering
Besides the above mentioned TANCET colleges, DTE may introduce additional Government Aided Engineering colleges for admission in Tamil Nadu.
