Yes, absolutely you can do it, but it may also depend on the university from which you are doing the course if university allows the MCA for non math students. Master of computer application is a three years post graduate programme that makes you to learn both theoretical and applications on computer Science. So, 3 years of MCA you will had if already you had done BCA. But for this you need either BCA or 10+2 but should have mathematics stream in any of it.

Trinity Academy of Engineering is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college has NAAC-A accreditation and is approved by AICTE.

Institute of Management Studies.
The Oxford College of Science.
Mount Carmel College.
Amity University Lucknow.
Ethiraj College for Women.
Geeta University, Panipat
JIMS Kalkaji.
St. Joseph's College.
Parul University. I would advise you to choose best University on the basis of University ranking, placements, infrastructure, faculty members etc.

Yes, you can do MCA course as distance at MIT. As MIT provides the distance facility for MCA course. Eligibility criteria for distance MCA is:
Candidates seeking admissions to Under Graduate (UG) / Post Graduate (PG) / Super Specialty (SS) should have obtained their qualifications from a recognised Board / University. For PG programs, the candidates must have a Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised University as per programme requirement.
