Yes, Your eligible to do MCA after any graduation. The only criterion is that you must have mathematics at 10+2 level. You have an entrance exam for MCA (in Maharashtra they call it MH MCA CET) which consists of 200 marks, out of which 75 is computer knowledge, 25 English and 100 math and general knowledge. B.Tech CSE will provide you more opportunities if you are enrolled in a good college otherwise go for BCA or MCA if the college is better.

BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc). Whereas for BCA students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams.

You have to know that MBA is a regular course in UU and MCA is a Self-financing course. So cutoff will make different status in different years. MBA in UU is more laborious than other institution. There is a higher cutoff more than 60% of full.
