Yes you have to write GRE exam for doing Masters in Reputed foreign universities, it is s waived by few universities for spring 2022, fall 2022, and spring 2023. But there are top-ranked universities like the University of Florida and the University of Boston that offer some MS courses without GRE.21.

Yes, you need to appear but if you have gave national level exam like JEE Mains and got 80 percentile that you can take direct admission even if you wants to get more scholarship then you can give LPU NEST and if you haven't gave any kind of national level exam in that case you need to appear in LPU NEST the eligibility criteria of university is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English ) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST.

Let me tell you first that each year the cut off can change due to several factors like:
Seat Capacity
Number of students appeared
Difficulty level of exam etc. Well, as per last year cut off details, you have less chances to get SVU Tirupati in ECE domain, last year cut off in ECE was: 6210 in this college. You can get Chemical Engineering in this college. Cut off was: 29152.
