Yes, you can definitely get admission for your engineering graduation after completion of your Diploma. When you complete Diploma, and then seek admission directly into the second year of engineering, it is called as a lateral admission. It is the accepted norm in Maharastra State and you can get admission under this category definitely. BE or B.Tech is one and the same thing, and don't get confused by the nomenclature. Here is the breakup of the fee structure:
1st year tuition fees:
Tuition & fees- Rs 17,67,855
Other expenses in 1st year:
Hostel & Meals - Rs 5,14,035
Insurance - 31,012
Total Rs. 5,45,048 (AUD 10,633)

This is a fake institute selling fake degrees.
A fake institute in Ahmedabad selling fake degrees, beware from International Institute of Management and Technical Studies.
Government has not allowed to offer any engineering course in distance or any other than the full time mode.
