Hello Swapnil, Yes, of course you can. But, perhaps very few institutions will give you credit for already completed Diploma. I am afraid that you will have to start from first year again of the new course. Best wishes to you for this new Diploma.

Unfortunately whether they offer part time courses or not is not readily available. Yes, after doing your Diploma in mechanical engineering you are definitely eligible for Admission under lateral mode in Annamalai University's mechanical engineering department. Yes, you can definitely get admission for your engineering graduation after completion of your Diploma. When you complete Diploma, and then seek admission directly into the second year of engineering, it is called as a lateral admission. It is the accepted norm in Maharastra State and you can get admission under this category definitely. BE or B.Tech is one and the same thing, and don't get confused by the nomenclature. Here is the breakup of the fee structure:
1st year tuition fees:
Tuition & fees- Rs 17,67,855
Other expenses in 1st year:
Hostel & Meals - Rs 5,14,035
Insurance - 31,012
Total Rs. 5,45,048 (AUD 10,633)
