You will be completing your Diploma in mechanical engineering and after this you are seeking admission for B.Sc. Nautical. Many Institutions accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th exa. If this is the case with your intended institution then definitely you can seek admission for B.Sc. In nautical Sciences. However if they insist on 12th and if you have started Diploma after 10th then I am afraid you are in a difficult situation. In view of this I will advise you approach your intended institution by email or have a look at their webpage to see if they treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th and then take appropriate action. From previous 9+ years, I am working as a Mechanical Engineer in Pvt., PSU & Central Government. I feel that Lectureship job is best among PSU, RRB or other job except Class I Officer by IES (Indian Engineering Services), IFS (Indian Forest Services) or IAS (Indian Administrative services) by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).But, it is also true apart from lectureship job, there are various good jobs.
