Keeping in mind your grades and backlogs, try for countries like Australia, UK, Ireland, Poland, Italy, Spain, etc. Getting into a top ranked university may be difficult but if your SOP, LOR and overall profile is good with outstanding projects and internships you may have a chance.

You can opt for further studies in mechanical engineering or look for a more specialized area like car design, robotics, manufacturing, testing etc. You have to know what you want, and like and choose accordingly.
