Hi Nidhin,
Keeping in mind your grades and backlogs, try for countries like Australia, UK, Ireland, Poland, Italy, Spain, etc. Getting into a top ranked university may be difficult but if your SOP, LOR and overall profile is good with outstanding projects and internships you may have a chance.

I did not understand your query. If you have a Bachelor's degree, you are qualified to study MS. 80% is good enough. Work experience is not required. What is over qualification?

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on score obtained in JEE Mains and academic merit. If you havent appeared for JEE Mains you will not be applicable to get into Dayalbagh Educational Institute for B.Tech in mechanical engineering.
Final Selection for this course is mentioned below:
Admission is based on the marks obtained in class 10th, 12th, JEE Mains and personal interview.
Selection criteria and weightage:
Class 10th - 5%
Class 12th - 60%
JEE Mains - 15%
Personal Interview - 20%

Hello Ankit,
You can opt for further studies in mechanical engineering or look for a more specialized area like car design, robotics, manufacturing, testing etc. You have to know what you want, and like and choose accordingly.

Yes, if you are a Diploma holder of mechanical branch, then you can get direct second year admission for mechanical branch in College of Engineering-Pune.
