Dear Kumar,
Unfortunately for international students like you, all Bachelor's degree courses in Switzerland are taught in German language. It's a mandate.

Hi Kumar,
They hold their own test and Bachelor degree programs are taught in German language. In later semesters some courses may be in English but you have to check this information on the programme page. Check here

Hi Sohan,
Admission in Germany itself is tough. You have to be a very bright student with excellent grades. Scholarships are more tough and on merit. There is little we can do, everything depends on how strong your profile is. You can check DAAD website for DAAD scholarship for Indians. Follow the instructions and submit your application.

Hi, you have to first select a country and university. Go through university websites and know the admission process and requirements. You will be surprised to see the requirements vary. The fees are different and so are the work permit options, course duration etc. Accordingly you have select it. In addition you have to prepare for study abroad exams like GRE IELTS or TOEFL etc. Even these test requirements are different.
